The thing is to be considered the greatest player, Messi has to perform other than just for Barcelona. So far all his performances for Argentina have been way below his performances for Barcelona. He has a much better chance of performing at country level than Ronaldo does cuase Argentina have great players other than Messi. I know many people say this but if he wants to take on Pele and Marodona, he has to make Argentina great and he only has a few more big chances left to do that. Let's see what he does in this Copa America.

Deluded as fuck. Disgusts me even comparing the worlds greatest player so far to ronaldo who is one of the best but surely not even close to messi. UCL this year proved it. Oh and the worlds best coaches and players prefer messi over him. So now please tell me about it how good is your tap-in queen compared to a Maestro-Striker and any fucking thing it exists in football.

@JozeMourinho you are the deluded one if anything. 1) UCL this year proved that Barca was a better team than Real Madrid. It also proved Ronaldo was better than Messi. 2) The majority of the world's best coaches and players do not prefer Messi, so that's a lie. Most of them prefer Ronaldo's qualities. 3) That 'tap-in queen' scored more goals than anyone this year, and was also the best player this year.

Best Individual season my foot. How many trophies did Madrid win this year with his Individual performances. For a player to become best in world the fundamental thing which needed is to play with the team. Football is not individual game it's fuking TEAM GAME and you need to trust your teammate instead of playing like an individual.

Sick of arguing of Messi and Ronaldo everytime i post my opinion about Messi a madridista appears and makes the whole convo stupid. I am just gonna bring 1 example of brilliance that is not even a goal, Messis pass that created the Rakitic goal at UCL final. How many passes like that Ronaldo managed to achieve in his career? and how many Messi achieved only this season? Did anyone of you ever played football? Any football player with more than 3 years in academys even in NON-proffesional level would say what he does is clearly impossible. Messi makes things look easy.

really well played Jamaica. They grew more and more as the game went on, and only lacked a goalscorer in these three games. That Dwayne Miller is a very accomplished keeper. In all the three games, he was very commanding on crosses coming into the box, equally good at coming off his line and also a very good shot stopper. He's currently plying his trade in the Swedish league. deserves to be playing in a stronger league.
