Varane, Pogba, Griezemann, Martial, Coquelin... France has probably the brightest new generation today. Maybe a future fifa world champion.

Unfortunately Messi and Ronaldo are overshadowing a lot of players in the LaLiga/World .. What a hell of a player Griezmann Is !!

Haha Coquelin. Average player. Maybe good enough for Arsenal but not for the national team

Griezmann's form might not be as consistent as Messi's or Ronaldo's but he is definitely WORLD CLASS...comparable to Neymar!

i hope he can be consistent as Messi and CR, so thats Atletico, Barca, and Real has their own icon who regulary scored 30+ goals a season

There's no need, he better stay where he is for the sake of more competitive football.

I´m tired of hearing this type of snub to us. We are a great club with a great history (10 spanish league for give you one piece of information) so please be more respectful with us, above all if you are going to include Man City or Chelsea as great clubs, because they are new rich clubs, that´s all, but they hardly have history beyond these last 10 years.

William Carvalho would put Coquelin at the benchand would fit perfectly in Arsenal's strategy! Ask papa Wenger a gift for Christmas

Not unfortunately! We should be gratefull to have such great legends on the same time! And they feed on eachother's success to get better (without grieves) thats what's really matters...Ofc you couldnt compare the class of any those 3 you mentioned with Diego Costa, but that's just my opp....

Kondogbia, Mangala, Laporte, Fekir, Rabiot, Zouma, Coman... my point is not suggesting specific players, but instead showing the great amount of young talented players France has, among wich I do count Coquelin

Dwight Schrute 9 years ago
No problem, I agree with you in substance. But I assure you that Coquelin is a very average player who's only playing with Arsenal because there is almost no competition at his position (Arteta or Flamini !). Coquelin would not be starter in any other top team in Europe

Gonalons, Matuidi, Payet, Zouma, Mangala, Digne, and Kevin Gameiro are also doing well too!

Agree with Dwight Schrute. Kondogbia, Mangala, Laporte, Fekir, Rabiot, Zouma, Coman, Digne are all better than Coquelin

Payet and Gameiro are already too old to be considered France's future, and Benzema unfortunately plays badly most of the time with the national team. You can also mention Lacazette of course, and even if he isn't well-known, Haller (from Utrecht) is quite promising too! You talked about Digne, but I find Kurzawa much better. And Cuore, don't underestimate Italy, I even think they stand a better chance than Spain. Germany, Belgium, and France are the official favourites, but who knows what can happen?

I honestly think that Pogba, Schiederlin, Matuidi, Cabaye can run the mid. Lorries is solid, not sure about the defense with Sagna and Evra getting older. but Griezmann can lead the line. Benzene shows up for France, Giroud is even decent for France. As for Italy, we are not contenders, yet.

Eden17Harzard17 Yes, we have players but little chemistry. We had a stellar squad at the World Cup 2014...we all know how that turned out.
