Is it me or do Mourinho's teams consistently keep failing his third season in charge of any given team? He seems to be a manager who almost instantly improves the team when he takes the "hot seat", and then he makes them perform even better the second season in charge. However, from the 3rd season on, his teams start (rapidly) declining. However, in this case it happened in his second season in charge, but my point is that Mourinho could not be such a good coach long-term wise. What do you think?
