he had a bad game against sassuolo, so the fans called them over to confront them about the bad game. He gave a kid his shirt, his dad threw it back. Icardi's teammates applauded him for confronting the angry fans even though they treated him like trash. This is all in his new book. Now the fans feel like it was an attack on them and their attitude, when the whole thing was about how badly icardi played during that game.........something like that, hope that helps. He also specifically insulted the Curva in his book. So. He's an idiot basically. He also likes the limelight. He stole Maxi Lopez's girl (though Wanda Nara is also kinda iffy....(shes basically the kardashian of argentina)). He tattoed Maxi lopez's kids names on himself. Um, Argentina national team doesn't want all that baggage, which is why they don't select him. Also Argentina football federation already has too many problems.

All in all, he's an iffy person.

To not be all negative. He's actually an amazing player. Consistently a top scorer in the serie a. And i really want him to play for Argentina. What they need now is players with passion and who really want to play and give it all. With the 3 losses, this era of Argentina players feel tired of the criticism, depressed about the losses (Di Maria - who went to therapy), and feel like they can't deal with the seleccion anymore. Youngsters- Dybala, Icardi, Kranevitter, VIetto, Alario, Franco Vazquez, both angel and joaquin correa would to the team some good.
