UAE played the top dog in this tournament today. Their tactic was to score a goal in the beginning and park the bus, which is the smartest thing to do against a stronger opponent. And from what we saw they almost executed it perfectly. This wasn't luck, this was strategy. Anyways, it was a good game and both teams were top class.

To be honest I was expecting appearances of Uzbekistan, Australia, Iran and Japan in the semi-finals. (my own views) Uzbekistan performed well-enough in 90 min, but not in ex-time. Australia just deserved, but Iraq along with UAE were lucky enough to qualify for the next round. Best of the luck to all four in semi-finals.

Not sure what you are talkin about rn. When Uzbeck played their last game, the opponent dominated the game in terms of possession and shootings. Their tactic mostly involved a defensive strategy such as parking a big fat bus. It was a bizarre game to watch. They obviously lack the ability to finish the game with clinical finishes.

dude, don't insult or mock kagawa or Honda..... I know it feels irritating... but sometimes this can happen in football, and players could miss the penalties by chance
