Both these sides are unbeaten since Euro 2016, with Germany in particular impressing as they won the Confederations Cup last summer while fielding what was essentially their B team.
They’ve won eight of nine games on home turf, keeping a clean sheet in seven of these victories, but the exception came in a stalemate against France – the only side they faced during this period that we have ranked in the world’s top 10.
The current World Cup champs have also shared the spoils with the likes of Italy, Chile and England since the Euros.

Predictions
