this guy Blackett reminds me so much of how many countless times Mikel cost Chelsea games with silly mistakes or poor positioning . not trying to knock his game but its a spot on comparison from my point of view.

I'm really sceptical about Van Gaal continuing to have 3 at the back. Yes he know's how to manage the formation very well but right now they don't have the right players for it! But anyway really looking forward to seeing Di Maria, Real Madrid didn't need Kroos or Rodriguez keeping Di Maria would've been the better decision in my opinion.

Rafael is injured too as far as I know...I remember him picking up a knock in USA...I would pick Blackett over Evans after watching him play against MK Dons...

di maria should not be the starting lineup because he just came 3 days before the game. substitute at second half would be nice since he can give a catalyst to the team. btw, it just my opinion and i really glad to see him playing for us. don't be too harsh
