Galatasaray came out on top when the sides met in the fourth round of the 1999/2000 UEFA Cup, winning 2-0 away ahead of a 0-0 home draw.
This is Galatasaray's 13th home meeting with Bundesliga opposition and they are seeking just their third victory, having won none of the last six (D4 L2). Their overall home record against German teams is W2 D8 L2.
Blerim Dzemaili and Felipe Melo are both a booking away from a suspension after picking up yellow cards on matchdays one and two.

Borussia Dortmund

Winners in 1996/97 and runners-up two seasons ago, Dortmund are in their tenth group stage campaign.
Last season they reached the quarter-finals, a 2-0 second-leg home win against Real Madrid CF not enough to overturn a 3-0 away defeat.
Dortmund beat Arsenal 2-0 on matchday one before a 3-0 win at Anderlecht, Ciro Immobile scoring in both matches.
Jakub Błaszczykowski returned to training following a knee injury that has kept him out since January but suffered a thigh strain in September and was signed off for another four to six weeks.

Predictions

Galatasaray fans will be expecting a much-improved performance in the Champions League after their 4-1 thumping by Arsenal last time out. The 2-1 derby win over Fenerbahce at the weekend will have improved confidence, however.

Dortmund continue to flounder in the Bundesliga and the 2-1 loss to Cologne at the weekend leaves them hovering just 2 points above the relegation zone. However, their European form is much better, with Jurgen Klopp's side sitting atop of Group D with 6 points.

Dortmund need a win here, though a draw would be considered a good result for the German side.

Well if Borussia keep playing "Champions League style" then they will win this easly...If they play "Bundesliga style" they will draw or even lose.It's strange situation to predict here,but I go for BVB!
