Valencia this year is amazing.I hope to see them in top 3 and maybe with Barcelona & Real Madrid to compete for La Liga. They have great players & in these games i see amazing results for them. And for Atletico Madrid i think last season was special for them.In this season they are not performing very good for now,i see some mistakes in away matches.

The banners, the flags, the steep terraces, the atmosphere. I'd love to see at Estadio Mestalla someday.

I've been there (Valencia-Genk) and the stadium looks impressive from the outside but on the inside it is quite old. The steep terraces are indeed special and the atmosphere was very much okay (although after a 7-0 defeat I did not really care).

The statistic continues. EVERY game Atletico finish with more possession of the ball than the adversary, they loose! We are much better when we have 35% to 45% possession :P

thats because, when atlético parks the bus against big teams, they win. But when they are the "big team" they have problems.

Well played Valencia ;-) Atletico lacked freshness somehow on their game, but weren't bad. Last Wednesday was a very tough game for us against Juventus... and we only had less than 72 hours of rest... I like to see Valencia strong. Hopefully it will be a 4 horse race in La Liga this season: Real, Barcelona, Atletico and Valencia :-) CONGRATS

bc Siqueira was the PK taker on his former club (Granada) and was a decent one at that, but having missed two already this season, he can pretty much start forgetting about it..lol

Atletico used to be in the 'dirty' side: defending with harsh tackles, wasting time, provocations. But tonight, Valencia took Atletico's role. It's safe to say that Atletico is killed by their own strategy.

I think Atletico were completely caught off guard . Score does not reflect the overall match .
