Well defeat had to come sooner or later! 10 Month without a defeat is still a great great result, we're still on the top and of course WELL DONE WOLVES. 3 Points deserved!!

We lost, I accept defeat Wolves did very good in defending today, we couldn't have any crosses at all. sloppy defence gave wolves the chance, but again, credit to Wolves, they did better than us today and I accept defeat.

I would of been happy if the Man Utd in the 08/09 season did the whole invincible thing because the 08/09 team is far better than 10/11, i'm glad they finally lost this season, no offence man utd fans its just that, 10/11 team isnt as good as 08/09.

MU's next 6 fixtures are tough except the FA cup matches against Crawley Town at home: Feb 12 - MU(H) vs MC [EPL] Feb 19 - MU(H) vs Crawley Town [FA Cup] Feb 23 - MU(A) vs Marseille [UCL] Feb 26 - MU(A) vs Wigan [EPL] Mar 1 - MU(A) vs Chelsea [EPL] Mar 6 - MU(A) vs Liverpool [EPL] First the Manchester derby on Feb 12 without the injured Rio Ferdinand then from Feb 23 to Mar 6 4 away matches taking on Marseille, Wigan, chelsea & Liverpool probably not able to have Rio ferdinand & Valencia returning to the squad. Interesting to see how they can sail through. Good Luck MU!

Time will tell. Your irony is inappropriate there. Names like Liv'pool or Chelsea do not scare me and Sir Alex all the more so.

Sir Fergie could only see his MU falling to Wolves without Rio Ferdinand and he must find someone to partner Vidic. Erva & Rafeal are two no brainer. Michael Carrick is the only reliable CDM with MU but his recent form is suck. Fergie fielded his best available attacking force in Nani, Giggs, Rooney & Berbatov could only produce a sole goal which was actually a brilliant solo effort by Nani. U re not going to take on the bottom table team, u are now facing the French champions Marseille. EPL Champions Chelsea & the in-form Liverpool. u re not worried? Ask Fergie, will he?

hey kevin,i would be more worried about my side giving up a 4 goal lead plus i can see arseal getting no less than 5 in the champions league....dont worry about united, worry about ur team of boys, championship winning teams dont give away 4 goal leads no matter what

Shane17, u re right and i thot it was the end of Gunners' EPL title dream and MU should run away with 7 points lead. Shockingly, in two hours, MU lost to bottom club Wolves and the gap was closed down to 4 points. My side giving up 4-goal lead but yr side giving up EPL run-way opportunity. The worst has yet to come and yr side giving MC hope to believe that they can beat u at OT.

like really, have yo seen us at OT lately

Well, OT welcome the visit of MC and on Feb 12(Sat). MU drew MC 0-0 in their 1st meeting. MC demonstrated that they could park a bus to secure a precious point at Emirates stadium under the fire power of RVP, Walcott, Nasri, Fabregas then the substitutes AA & Bentner and they can succeed at OT if they want to. I will think that MC will go for a win since MU are without their best CB Rio Ferdinand and I don't how Vidic will lead his fellow defenders to resist Tevez & David Silva & thier MC co. MU have two no brianer defenders in Evra & Rafael. Both Evans & Samlling are far from Ferdinand's class. SO I really in my interest to see what is the OT lately and be it on Feb 12! MC have an abundance of defenders able to take on Nani, Rooney & Berbatov: Jerome Boateng, Vincent Company, Kolo Toure, Kolarov, Zabaleta & Micah Ricards. In midfield, they have Nigel Dejong, Yaya Toure, Gareth Barry. James Milner, Dzeko, Adam Johnson & Jo are the back-up. MU is taking on a $billion team. Can help waiting the outcome and I have a feeling that MC can inflict MU thier 1st home defeat afterall the 3 points gain will move MC within 2 points of MU.

Balotelli is also available for the Manchester derby. Think MC will play safe and back 4 shall be: Kolo, Korarov, Company & Zab; Mid 3: De Jong, Yaya & Barry; and Front 3: Silva, Tevez & Milner. It is an away game and safety first and if they can get three points try one. MU without Rio Ferdinand is in a big problem and if Vidic cann't take the lead of the defence I can sense the arrival of MU's 1st home defeat. Who will be the 2nd CB: Evans or Smalling? It is an MU home game so died died they must get Rooney, Berbatov & Nani in to go for goals. Carrick is needed to cover the back 4 and two more berth left for Scholes, Park, Flecher & Anderson to compete and whoever play don't seem to provide the bright path. If suasua kenna another Waterool war.....

@ Kevin you are looking at things from a funny point of view. Man Shiity coming out of Old Trafford with 3 points??? how??? by parking a bus in front of their goal can score??? for Tevez and Silva, I ain't scared of them, Rafeal and Vidic should be strong enough to hold them off, and Chris Smalling seems promising enough against Wolves, it is just Johnny Evans who should be put on the reserves team. beside, as we both know, Man Shiity "park a bus" strategy only works when luck is with them. Remember how they walked out with a point in Emirate stadium??? it was pure luck, Mancini is not Mourinho, his overly defensive strategy doesn't really save themselves, he just blindly place his def and think it works, but did it work against Arsenal??? Man United has a heavier fire power than Arsenal in Old Trafford, I ain't afraid of them to be honest. Mancini is the only one panicking, he knows it will be a miracle for Man Shhity to walk out of Old Trafford with a point. As long as Man United can focus, it will be good

Hi Mr Plane, Mancini didn't go for parking a bus initially though he did prepare for it as his influencial player David Silva was absent. The other absentee was Mario Balotelli. Tevez & Silva set up MC's 1st win against Chelsea or rather inflicted Chelsea's first defeat after they had a comanding lead. They were outplayed by the Gunners which saw two shots hitting the upright and one on cross bar. It was in the 2nd half Mancini decided to parking a bus to secure a prcious point knowing that was the best result they could attain. MU hve just been defeated by lowly Wolves and with their best available force and the same team will take on MC though it is at OT and MC are a team of very experienced guys would not be frighten off. Note that Rooney & Berbatov didn't score many goals against tough opponents such as Arsenal, MC & Spurs (they couldn't even score against Wolves) they will find difficulty to crack down MC's defence if MC will park the bus. MU had the weakness in defence exploited by Wolves and Vidic could not lead the back 4 and both Evans & Smalling were not good enough to take on Tevez & Silva. RB Rafael is a no brainer and LB Erva is slow. If MC can produce the standard they displayed against Chelsea they may pull thru. One more problem with MU is that they will field twin striker to go for a win since it is a home goal. Nani & probably Giggs will again be the two wingers and it will result in they losing the control in midfield - one of them selected from either Fletcher, Scholes or Park and the other being the defensive minded Carrick. It will be a pity if MU play with a lone striker in order to have a better control of midfield either Rooney or Berbatov will be benched. This is the best chance for MC to suppress MU after they have lost to lowly Wolves and their best CB so MC will surely cherish this opportunity. Though a victory over MU won't give them the EPL trophy but they can distant away from Chelsea & Spurs and closer to an UCL berth.

The two grand dad in persons of Paul Scholes and Ryan Giggs should have seen red. Generally Man U are bad loosers, their game against blackpool, Ferguson was constantly harassing the officials before they came back to win the game.
